Responsibilities

Greets and ensures that all guests are assisted at all times in a professional, friendly and helpful manner.

Performs guest reservations procedures, check-in, check-out, room assignment and collect payments, ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems.

Handle all coming calls according to the hotel standard, process all guest calls, requests, questions or concern with a politely manner, providing information to guest accurately.

Be familiar with room locations, room types and room rates, hotel facilities, special promotions, events or activities, etc.

 

Competencies and Requirements

Education: Colleague degree or above; major in Hospitality or Tourism preferred. Related work experience is an advantage.

Language Ability: Good command of spoken, listening and written in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.

Detail – minded, well organized, good communication skill and sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure.
