Responsibilities

 

· Provide work guidelines to technicians, supervise and review the work progress of subordinate’s quality of work.

· To ensure proper maintenance of the hotel facilities including operation, repair, maintenance and installation of Mechanical and Electrical plant, fire and life safety, physical security of the building, furniture, fixtures and equipment.

· Responsible for completing the report and general paperwork.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Pay attention to energy conservation and safe operation in daily work.

· Complete all kinds of repairs and ensure the quality of repairs.

· Deal with all kinds of emergencies.

 

Competencies and Requirements

 

Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent, with relevant professional qualification.

Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in property management company or hotel.

Have related professional skills in mechanical and electrical, maintenance, drawing review, etc.

Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, organizational and planning skills, able to work under pressure.
